	simsa Founded in 1995, simsa with more than 150 members, is one of the most important and most active associations of information and communication technology as well as new media in Switzerland. The objective of simsa is to increase the added value to ICT services, new media services and software companies located in Switzerland, as well as the development, dissemination and use of computer science - based content and processes to promote digital technologies and digital business models. 	SWICO The Swiss Association of suppliers for Information, Communication and Organisation Technology (SWICO) represents the interests of some 400 companies, which together employ over 36’000 staff and generate annual sales totaling more than CHF 20 million. SWICO members comprise SMEs and established large enterprises that are primarily domiciled in Switzerland or Principalty of Lichtenstein and operate in the fields of information, communication, organization and office technology, as well as consumer electronics. 	ICT Berufsbildung ICT Berufsbildung (ICT professional training) was founded in spring 2010 by the umbrella organisation ICT-Switzerland, and the cantonal and regional labor organisations (OdA - Organisation der Arbeit). The goal of ‘ICT Berufsbildung’ is to actively combat the ICT skills shortage in Switzerland. It lays the foundations to provide the necessary number of well-qualified ICT professional staff who are trained to meet the needs of business and public administrations, harmonized to international standards.
